Fred is the the managing partner of FP Logue LLP, He specialises in environmental law, information law and technology law.

Unusually for an Irish lawyer Fred has a science background and worked as an engineer before becoming a solicitor. Fred has extensive experience and expertise in complex litigation including environmental and planning litigation.

Fred is also a leading information lawyer, advising on FOI, access to environmental information, data protection and privacy. Fred has acted in major information law cases before public authorities, administrative decision makers, Irish and European Courts, European institutions, and the United Nations.

Eoin is a partner in the firm specialising in environmental and planning law. He previously worked as Senior Planning Lawyer with a leading Irish law firm, as Senior Solicitor with EirGrid the national electricity transmission system operator, and as a State Solicitor with the Chief State Solicitors Office.  Eoin holds a First Class Honours LLM in Environmental Law from Queens University Belfast. He has a deep interest in environmental issues and previously worked for Europe’s leading public interest environmental law organization ClientEarth in Brussels, where he worked on legal measures to combat deforestation and its associated climate impacts.  He recognises the value of law as a tool to address environmental problems, and to ensure public participation in decisions affecting the quality of the built and natural environment.

Eoin is a tutor in environmental and energy law with the Law Society of Ireland.

TJ is a consultant in the firm specialising in privacy, technology and digital law. TJ is a highly-regarded lawyer who brings considerable knowledge and experience to our practice. He has particular expertise in legal and regulatory issues relating to e-commerce, data protection, data security, surveillance and monitoring, cybercrime, online defamation and cyberbullying.

TJ has advised a broad range of public and private sector organisations, and is the current Chairman of Digital Rights Ireland, an advocacy group best known for its landmark victory before the European Court of Justice which found the Data Retention Directive to be invalid.

TJ is a lecturer in the UCD Sutherland School of Law, where he introduced the first Irish course on digital forensics and the law and also teaches modules on data protection and online regulation.
